Over the course of the summer before my senior year, I embarked on an ambitious project to develop an AI-powered Customer Service Bot.
In October 2019, I designed Cool Glance which is a software that uses facial recognition technology to take class attendance. It was designed to solve a problem that I found in school where class attendance is a manual process that takes an average of five minutes of our precious class time. I won third place in the Chinese Association of Science and Technology Young Eagles Cup at the 2019 annual convention at Columbia University. It was a great experience. Not only I have met many young talented contestants and also had the opportunity to meet Chemistry Nobel prize winner Professor Martin Chalfie and many successful scientists and entrepreneurs.

Contactless Delivery Table
I prototyped this contact-free delivery table using VexIQ parts at the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic. It's designed for moving food, clinical supplies and avoid the potential spreading of the virus during an outbreak of infectious disease.
